The Bulldogs held their 8th annual Molson Canadian Hamilton Bulldogs Charity Golf Classic on October 1st, 2009, at Beverly Golf & Country Club in Copetown.
Each individual foursome was paired up with a Hamilton Bulldogs player to compete in a scramble-play tournament for prizes going out to the first, second and third place winners. Special guests on hand were former New York Rangers star and Hockey Hall of Fame inductee Harry Howell, as well as Montreal Canadiens all-time leading scorer and Hockey Hall of Fame inductee Guy Lafleur.
Despite the cold weather, the skies stayed clear and provided a great occasion for Bulldogs players, coaches and fans to enjoy an exciting day of entertainment at the course.
At the end of the day, participants enjoyed dinner inside the clubhouse, followed by silent and live auctions including memorabilia, golf packages and tickets to Canadiens and Bulldogs games.
On behalf of the Hamilton Bulldogs, and the Bulldogs Foundation, we would like to thank all of our sponsors, as well as each and every participant for making this event a success.
