HAMILTON, ON – Hamilton Bulldogs General Manager Julien BriseBois announced today that defenceman Jon Gleed and winger Jimmy Bonneau have been assigned to the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL.
Gleed, a 23-year-old native of Milton, Ontario, appeared in 10 games this season with the Bulldogs, collecting two assists and two penalty minutes. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound blueliner has registered three assists and six penalty minutes in 18-career American Hockey League games, all with Hamilton.
Bonneau, a 22-year-old native of Baie-Comeau, Quebec, played one game this season with Hamilton and was held scoreless. The 6-foot-3, 224-pound left-winger has collected 59 penalty minutes in 10-career AHL games with the Bulldogs.
The defending Calder Cup Champion Hamilton Bulldogs return to the ice on Wednesday, November 21st at 7:00 p.m. when they travel to Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids to take on the Griffins.
