This elite summer hockey camp will offer boys and girls ages 9-to-13 the opportunity of a lifetime to develop all areas of their game including skating, puck handling, shooting and off-ice strength and conditioning with their hometown Hamilton Bulldogs. The goal is to instill a balance of skills, sportsmanship, teamwork and respect into the young hockey players at the camp.
Each player will learn first hand from Montreal Canadiens Prospects and Hamilton Bulldogs' players, coaches and from the areas most sought after hockey training professional in the business, Kelly Reed. www.kellyreedhockey.com
This Hockey Camp will offer a low instructor-to-participant ratio, allowing for individual attention and analysis of a player's strength and also areas needing improvement. The Hamilton Bulldogs Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Darren McConaghy will also provide an in-depth fitness evaluation.
The Camp will be held from Monday, July 27 to Friday, July 31 at the Mohawk 4-Ice Centre located at 710 Mountain Brow Blvd. in Hamilton, Ontario. The Camp will begin each day at approximately 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.
This is meant to be a high-level hockey camp primarily focused on improving individual skill sets. On-ice training will be 3 hours each day. Only individuals that participated in a rep level during the 2008-2009 Minor Hockey Season are eligible for registration.
