Darren McConaghy, 28, is in his fifth season as the Hamilton Bulldogs Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. McConaghy is a Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist CSCS. Darren earned a Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science and a Certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University. McConaghy has furthered his knowledge through internships and seminars in Olympic lifting technique, speed and agility training, soft tissue release, muscle energy, and reconditioning athletes. Darren combines athletic therapy and strength & conditioning to drastically reduce incidences of injury while enhancing performance. Darren is owner of Propulsion Strength and Conditioning and he also spends time working at the David Braley Clinic at McMaster University as their Return to Play Specialist. Darren resides in Ancaster with his wife Erica.
